Upton is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified commercial investment member (CCM). Upton obtained a BSBA in accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1993 and studied investor relations at the University of Michigan. He has volunteered for Junior Achievement and youth sports and is a past member of the Executive Leadership Academy and the band, One Way. RPM Group Represents Buyer in 277,000 SF Industrial Property

Little Rock, AR – RPM Group/Corfac International, a leading full-service real estate brokerage specializing in commercial sales & leasing represented the Buyer in the purchase of a 277,000 SF industrial building situated on 30 acres Rick Freeling, President of RPM Group Commercial division represented Emerson, a Missouri-based technology and engineering company, in the acquisition of the former Cherokee Frame facility in Ash Flat, AR. Freeling assisted the buyer with its site selection and negotiations. The Ash Flat location was chosen due to it's close proximity to Emerson's distribution center in Memphis, TN which is approximately 140 miles from Ash Flat, AR.
